Elytra has built up an exceptional team of expertise in the IT Security and Physical Security environments, with much of the business generated by customer goodwill and word of mouth. To continue the momentum and leverage our security services offerings, we have an immediate requirement for a dynamic sales resource to apprise both existing and potential clients of our solutions, and to close sales in security services (such as risk assessments and vulnerability assessments).

This position is not business development, but rather a "feet on the street", customer facing posture, with some marketing flavor.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exploit IT Security and Physical Security opportunities with existing clients, and close sales.
• Develop new customers, and build a new sales pipeline.
• Be proactive in recruiting new talent and expanding the practice.
• Brand Elytra as the leading provider of security services in Ottawa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years experience in selling services to the Federal Government.
• Ability to work independently, with a minimum of direction.
• Basic understanding of IT, IT Security, Physical Security.

BONUS ASSETS

• Familiarity with CPSA, and government security terminology such as GSP, MITS, HTRA.
• Bilingual.
